Really cloudy this morning. Great for a bike ride!
Beauty!
Went to Red Robin for a veggie burger. It was free for my birthday!
Then to Stone Mountain to catch some rays and cool water.
Reminded me of Kenya.

Happy Canada Day! Canada is the world’s second largest country, and one of my new favorites!

End of the month mileage!
Went to Chamblee to pick up Ashley’s newsletter, get stamps and take the letters to be printed to FBC Doraville. Liked the stamps.
I dropped off the newsletter to the FBC Doraville box.
The grand girls and Ashley came over this afternoon. We played in the our little blue pool. Ashley and Kathy did the labels for the newsletters. THANKS!
I got the groceries.
Clouds were beautiful.
I even thought this random shot of the asphalt was cool looking.

My hands are working a lot better this evening when I’m typing. May have been because I spent quite a lot of time in that cold water today. The girl kept saying, “Cold, Pop Pop!” I’d just say, “Nice!” It’s been nearly three months since I started taking cold showers. I got in the hot water with my grandgirls last week, I felt like I was being cooked.

Sleep!

My water hose burst today. It was almost two years old. I spent quite a lot on it then because it had a life time warranty. Sure enough, they gave me a replacement today. I had the original packaging and receipt.
I also got a new spray handle. My old one was acting weird.
Went for a 12.80 mile bike ride.
The sun was marvelous.
When I was coming up the Parkview hill, my chain came off. I had it in the wrong gear. Rookie mistake. I was by the Mormon church. Three of their young guys helped me. They have a lot of experience with bikes!
Wrote my newsletter this evening. Also got the labels done. Still need to get stamps and get it printed.
Ny arm is still bothering me. Kind of hard to type.
