We had a great time eating some delicious Peruvian food with Bayo, Jesse, Ashley, Miles, Ian and Ruthie!
Here’s a short video of what my office looks like! I have some really cool stuff!
MAN, am I glad I have some great young missionaries on our team!
Yesterday, we went to Hapeville Department of Motor Vehicles to transfer the titles of two vehicles. One of the vehicles was given to us by my partner Darell Suderman. Today, Ian and Ruthie got to pick up the car from Darell!
Today, with the help of Jesse, Ashley, Miles, Ian, Ruthie and Bayo we moved all the stuff out of Darell’s apartment over to the mission apartments at Huntington Creek, Huntington Station and to Bayo’s apartment.
Sweaty work, but sure was a LOT better because of all that help!
Took us about three hours to get it all moved. I was glad that we were able to get the North’s a decent bed!
We went to Peruvian food “Salsa con Sabor” as a treat for all their great work.
Then Ashley, Miles and Jesse went over to drop off some of the equipment to the Atlanta Pregnancy Resource Center, then to Willow Branch to drop Jesse off for his guitar class.
Bayo, Ian, Ruthie and I took the remaining gear to Bayo’s. He’ll be moving over to the mission at Huntington Terraces the first of next month if all goes well. We had a good time introducing Bayo to the kids at the mission!
Bayo and I also went over to Azalea to check on the kids at the mission. It was Clinton’s 11th birthday today!
I was glad that we got to see them! The kids were having fun playing with a Clifford dog mask and riding down this little hill on this little truck. Funny.
We picked up Jesse from Willow Branch and had a nice chat with Bennett before going to the MARTA station to let Bayo ride the train back to his house.
Tomorrow, Jesse has an appointement with a psychiatrist from the Georgia Regional Hospital. He has to describe again what happened on that fateful February 19th, 2008 morning when he had a break from reality. It’s really painful for him to relive that episode. I thank God for the healing that he has done on my son. Please pray that he’ll handle the appointment well and that the doctor will finally help us close the most painful chapter in our family’s life. The appointment is at 1pm.
Thank you, GOD, for giving me such a great family and for the friends who pray for us regularly! Love you guys!
And now, for your viewing pleasure: Stoooory Tim! Where I cover the story of a mother and her daughter conspiring to kill her husband.
