Woke up ready for a great day! To the Zoo!

K and I went to the zoo in spite of delays in traffic.

They’re fixing the interchange to get to I20. What a hassle.

But the zoo was worth it!

Loved the elephants!

The eyes of these Hornbills!

Baby giraffe!

Gorillas!

And their skulls (made from plaster!)

Wart Hogs! (Make great sausage!)

Feeding parakeets!

And good times with my brother Bill and his friend Deborah!

We ate an early supper at 6 Feet Under, one of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta, right across from Oakland Cemetery.

These flowers reminded me of Costa Rica.
