s
s

Always good to see Jesse!
s
The explanation of his tattoo.
s

Cleaned fish tank.
s

My voice has been rough lately. Friday and Saturday I’ve tried to keep in and talk as little as possible. Doing better!

Looking forward to spending time with Kathy next week. We have a few days off together.
Checked the tires on my bike.
s
Leaves are changing.
s
Tree fell in my back yard.
s

I saw this poster at an antique shop.

Odd clouds.

My hummingbird feeders seem to be going down, but I never see the birds.

Did the family shopping.
s

Also picked up the candy for the Great Candy Throw at Azalea on Thursday evening.

s
s

Had fun with the Noble NoZe Brotherhood.
s

The President of Baylor, Ken Starr, is a fan of our fraternity.
s

Poured down rain while I was in Waco. Over 9.5 inches in 24 hours! Streets were flooding.
s

This is from the Mayborn Museum which houses an exhibition on the mammoths found in Waco. The most important area of the museum has this.
s
s

I met with supporters of Whirlwind Missions while I was in Georgetown. Also set up a team of youth and seniors to come to Atlanta to work with us this summer. Fun with Brad and Gary.

s

I enjoyed walking around the main square in Georgetown, TX–called the most beautiful square in Texas. I’d agree.

s
s
s
s
s
s
s

I enjoy looking for antiques.
s
s
s
I thought this was wonderful.
s

I got these framed pages from a biological atlas from the 50s.
s
s

I saw the original movie Young Frankenstein here in the early 70s.
s
s
I went back to my high school. When I was there they didn’t have air conditioning.
s
It’s a historic landmark now.
s
s

The only thing that looked the same on the inside from when I was there was the auditorium.
s
s

Always sad to say goodbye to my parents!
d
I got up at 4:30am to make my 7am flight from Austin to Atlanta. Great to be back in the ATL!

A thing of beauty. Strawberry Shortcake from Matthews in Tucker, GA.
s

Just in case you forgot.
s
From the Mayborn Museum at Baylor in Waco, TX.

Podcast! Mission! Cleese & Idle!

Tim A. Cummins @ 11:42 pm

GREAT day!
s
Started with one of my favorite things: Podcast!
s
I really like this episode called “Polyform!”

Just click on the title and GROOVE!
s
Went to the Post Office to check on mailing something to my friend in Peru.

I’m sending him a hummingbird feeder and some seeds to grow flowers that hummingbirds like. I had to rethink the packaging. Priority mail is super expensive. And my package is about as low on the priority levels as one can go.

Spent time packing for my short safari to Texas. Going to visit with supporters, see my parents and go to Baylor.

Joined Ashley to help the kids with their homework. Always great to watch her work with the kids.
s
s

s
We had some volunteers come to help today.

Shot over to the Cobb Galleria to see John Cleese and Eric Idle in person!
s
s

s

s
I’m a huge Monty Python fan, so tonight was liking seeing Led Zepplin.

s
s

They did some funny bits.
s

I liked the songs. I saw Spamalot when it was touring at the Fox. Seeing these two legends of comedy was amazing.
s
s
Came home to work on admin duties.

I enjoyed an article in Wired about this camera that shoots 360 degrees. GREAT for making movies in Virtual Reality.

d

Produced my newsletter. Sent it to our friends at the Atlanta Metro Baptist Association to print.

Did a recording with a producer at the Georgia Baptist Convention. That piece will air in November.
s

Stopped by the Post Office to get stamps.
s
Also got a box to ship a parcel to a friend in Peru.
s
Did the grocery shopping. Got a new plant for my window.

Just finished editing the video I shot this weekend with the Florida team. Soon I’ll upload the video and burn a disk for the team.

Watched two foreign movies with K. “Angel’s Share” from Scotland and “The Circle be Unbroken” in Flemish from Brussels, Belgium. They were both good.

Admin duties now.

I liked the colors in this stain.

Mushrooms are blooming.
s

My Gardenia bush had a flower this morning!
