Texas!
Got back early Tuesday morning from my safari to Texas! Worked at the mission Tuesday. GREAT to see the kids.
Fantastic to be back with my girls!
I had a great time in Texas with my family!

Poured down rain while I was in Waco. Over 9.5 inches in 24 hours! Streets were flooding.
This is from the Mayborn Museum which houses an exhibition on the mammoths found in Waco. The most important area of the museum has this.
I met with supporters of Whirlwind Missions while I was in Georgetown. Also set up a team of youth and seniors to come to Atlanta to work with us this summer. Fun with Brad and Gary.
I enjoyed walking around the main square in Georgetown, TX–called the most beautiful square in Texas. I’d agree.
I enjoy looking for antiques.

I got these framed pages from a biological atlas from the 50s.
I saw the original movie Young Frankenstein here in the early 70s.
I went back to my high school. When I was there they didn’t have air conditioning.
It’s a historic landmark now.
The only thing that looked the same on the inside from when I was there was the auditorium.
Always sad to say goodbye to my parents!
I got up at 4:30am to make my 7am flight from Austin to Atlanta. Great to be back in the ATL!
