Grandgirls! Stone Mountain! Mission! 9.2.20
Met up with Ashley today at Global Mall to pick up the grand girls.
We did some good work studying today. I was proud of their effort.
I’ve studied Hebrew and know what it’s like to try to figure out symbols that make no sense. So I empathize with Penelope trying figure out how to say the word 13 or how to write numbers and letters. It really is quite a lot of information.
Kathy and I took the girls to Stone Mountain. We love climbing on the rocks. It’s a beautiful place.
On the way home, I saw this massive tree limb had smashed a guy’s roof.
I had an inspector come by to take a look at my roof today. It made what I’m dealing with look pretty inconsequential.
Picked up the groceries at Walmart.
Was a hot day. Very humid.
Took the girls back to their house. Nothing went on at the mission because it was a teacher workday.
Stopped by my office to pick up the mail.
Listened to radio From Madrid on my way home.
I studied Spanish and did my brain training this evening. I don’t really have time to do that in the morning.
