Dr. Fussell! Portal! Nana’s iPhone! 7.23.25
I looked up some concert ticket prices. The cheapest to see Paul McCartney is $325. Wow. Black Suns is another favorite of mine. General Admission is $34. I’ll probably go see them. I think it was the most energetic show I’ve ever been to.
Still working on logistics.
Big thunderstorms blew through last night. Kind of scared Everly.
OYB!
EspaƱol!
Took my Mom to see Dr. Fussell. She was the surgeon who removed her gall bladder. Everything looked great! The hardest part was Nana had to walk all the way to the doctor’s office. We were expecting a wheel chair. No such luck. They found one so I could take her to the car. Nearly 800 steps in one whack!
Plans are coming together for the eye doctor visit.
K & I took the grandgirls to eat at Hot and Cold. They like to run afterwards, which I think is crazy.
Went to 5 Below to get a hair brush that Penelope would like. I have a sensitive scalp too. I understand not liking really stiff bristles.
Contacted Piedmont Hospital to set up a bone density scan for my Mom.
Steamy.
Took about an hour to set up the Patient Portal for my Mom at her new doctor’s office. Had trouble getting the email/password log ins to work. Finally did. Which is typical for me. We heard right back from the nurse when we asked a question on the portal so it was definitely worth the hassle.
I spent about an hour working with Mint Mobile and Optimum Internet to get my Mom’s iPhone 13 mini activated with a new esim with the phone number from her house in Georgetown. Sound complicated? It was. I had representatives on the phone with both companies and together we figured out how to do it. One of the problems we had was the name on the account was Al Cummins and not Peggy Cummins. Daddy had set it up a long time ago. I think it’s been squared away now.
When I finally got the jobs finished, I was able to take the girls over to the playground at Stone Mountain Park.
Strength training.
I always emphasize balance.
Keep going.
