Tried to get the portal working for Jessi. No luck so far.

Vocabulary.

I’ve worked about seven hours to get my Mom’s number transferred to her new iPhone 13 mini. Today, I got it working. Amen. Here are the notes.

My brother let me know that my Mom’s AC isn’t working. That’s never zesty.

Took the garbage/recycle to the curb.

I worked on getting my Mom’s contacts onto her new phone.

Checked in with loved ones to let them know that Mom’s phone is working.

My Mom ordered a lift chair for her room. It was damaged mid-delivery. I finally made a claim to get a new one on the way that will actually get here. Amen.

Called the office of the Bone Density scan place. They gave me some info about what my Mom should wear or not eat. We talked about getting a wheel chair for her for the appointment when we arrive. I also set up the portal for her with that system of doctors.

I also connected with her Primary Care doctors to get the number for the scan. That was through another portal. I think the staff really prefers the portal versus voicemail. Way faster to deal with.
