Jesse, Ashley and I had a good meeting with the managers at the apartment complexes in Chamblee and Doraville today!

Ashley took our notes. I voted her to be the new secretary!

We learned a lot about what was going on in the community, especially what was happening with crime. Looks like it’s pretty safe here!

Always great to see my friends!

We went around to the complexes where we’re having teams this weekend and next week.

Also went to check on possible service projects in the area. We made good progress!

Then over to have a short visit with our friend Ryan!

He’s a computer coder like Jesse. I hope that they can work together. Ryan’s a super cool guy and a great musician!

Helped the kids with their homework. Always plenty to do!!

I’ve been enjoying www.audible.com! I can download books onto my iPhone and then listen to them in my car. Sure makes the drive go by faster!

At home now working on admin duties.

The trees are blooming! I love Spring!

Had a great time making my new podcast today!

It’s one of my best! Check out “Test BEST!”

Enjoyed looking at books!

Plenty of work with the kids at the mission!

GREAT to see Miles today!

Sharp!

I liked this Florida license plate!

This morning I worked on editing the last of the video I shot for my three teams last week.

I compressed the video and started the uploading process to YouTube. I have a director’s account so I don’t have the restrictive time limits that most people have.

Take a look! httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TSff9VOD7SM&feature=youtu.be

Also burned disks of the video into DVDs. Got the addresses and mailed them to the Atlanta Chinese Christian Church North and the Atlanta Chinese Christian Church.

Ate lunch with my whole family today! It was exciting to hear all the great reports about Ashley and Kathy’s trip to Gatlinburg this weekend.

There were over 2,000 ladies and girls there! Wow!

Kathy, Jesse and I joined Ashley at the mission to help the kids.

Plenty of work today. And POURED down rain!

I thought these shark fins were sad.

Home now to work on admin duties.

Listened to an interesting TED.com talk about restoring extinct species on the way home. Fascinating stuff!
“DeExtinction

I don’t care for beancurd, stuffed or otherwise.

I had a great morning with the Atlanta Chinese Christian Church North today.

I preached my “Lost and Found” sermon. One of my new favorites! I do the prodigal son as if I was back in Africa. Then share the story when one of our girls at the mission got lost. Good stuff!

Ate lunch with Jesse! Never too much J time!

Just got a message from A and K that they just got to Ashley’s house! Terrific! SO glad to have them back home safely! Ashley spoke to over 2,000 women and girls on Saturday night. I know she rocked the house!

At home now to finish up my admin duties and to work on editing video from this last week.

I liked this!

Beautiful flower!

I wonder if these guys want shoes?

I had such a great time with my team from ACCCN today!

I met them at FBC Doraville and gave them a short briefing on how to round up the kids and what to do.

Then we went to Cumberland Court and Azalea Place apartments where we served hot dogs, jumped rope, colored with chalk and loved on the kids.

At the end of our time, we shared the Easter story and colored a picture that said, “He is Risen!”

This was the first time that many of the adults had ever been on any type of mission experience. They did a great job.!

Came home now to rest and work on admin duties.

I talked with my Mom this morning. She’ll have her surgery on Thursday morning. The doctor is still optimistic that he’ll be able to just remove the lump from her breast. They will also check the lymph glands and if they find anything there, they will also remove those. He doesn’t think that will be necessary, however. THANKS for praying for my Mom!!

Further proof that Atlanta has the world’s busiest airport!

Beats dieting?

Not sure how to take this.

I enjoyed recording a new podcast this morning!

I think it’s a great one!

We see what we expect to see. So it’s important to use our “SUPER Vision!” Click on the title and ENJOY!

Jesse and I had a fun time at Fernbank today!

We went to see the new exhibit “Extreme Mammals” We thought it was pretty interesting.

Over the years I’ve probably seen at least ten of the traveling exhibits.

Warm day today!

Traveled over to the Atlanta Chinese Christian Church North this evening. I’m the keynote speaker for their Missions Conference.

They were a lively and receptive group. I especially like this church because they come to Azalea regularly to work with my kids. Glad for that!

Went to Walmart on the way home to pick up some extra supplies. I still don’t really know how many people are going to show up tomorrow.

Got home after 11pm. Long week and long days for Mr. Tim. Checked my travel log this evening. I’ve worked 21 days straight so far. No end in sight. Pray that I’ll be able to keep my strength up.

The crows like the suet I put on the tree.

Beautiful sunset!

This just seems wrong to me.

Cold morning with a frozen over bird bath!

Ashley and I had a good time with a lively group of seniors from Shirley Hills BC, Warner Robbins, GA!

I gave them my “Take the Church, to the People” briefing.

Then over the Buford Highway Farmers Market. They seemed to really enjoy it.

Always odd things to see!

We went to Plaza Fiesta to eat lunch and enjoy the Latino vibe.

Finished up with CD Tower to see where the Buddhists in the area buy their idols.

After the Keenagers left, Ashley and I visited with the team from FBC Naples. It was their final day today. They’ll be missed! They led over 100 kids to Christ this week! Wow!

Ashley and I helped the kids at Azalea with their homework. Seemed like even with all the help from the team, we still don’t leave till after 7pm.

Feeling kinda tired and worn out this evening. I need to rest my voice as I preach to the Atlanta Chinese Christian Church on Friday, we have an outreach on Saturday and I preach at their church again on Sunday!

Then here comes Monday and we start over! We don’t have a team coming until Friday, so we have a few days to prepare for the next group!

Got a great report from my Mom today! Sounds like the cancer is very localized and that the doctor thinks they’ll be able to do a lumpectomy and that it will only be a day surgery! Praise the Lord for that great report!

Ashley and I had a fun time with our team from FBC Naples today!

We gave our briefing and challenge to “Take the Church, to the People!” back home where they live in Florida!

Enjoyed the wonders of the Buford Highway Farmers Market. Always something amazing to see!

They also performed for the customers there. Excellent job!

After lunch, they went to five missions around Chamblee and Doraville.

Ashley and I helped the kids with their homework.

I stopped by my office on the way home. I was interviewed for the radio by my friend Mark Edge who is the co-host of the very popular podcast and live radio show “Free Talk Live.”

We had a good time talking about my podcast Verbal Surgery. I recently recorded my 200th episode! Nearly to 40,000 downloads of my show. Yow! Check it out at www.VerbalSurgery.com/podcasts or from iTunes in the Self Help section.

Home now to work on admin duties and rest.

We host a team from Shirley Hills Baptist Church tomorrow morning.

I had a good talk with my Mom about her news. She had a biopsy done that came back with cancer cells. She seems quite upbeat about the treatment options. Pray for my family as we face this challenge together.

About 1″ of rain yesterday.

Had a great time with my team from FBC Naples today! Ashley and I gave them their briefing.

They did a wonderful job at Plaza Fiesta! The crowd seemed to really enjoy their performance!

They had puppets too!

One of the girls turned 15 today! Traditionally, that’s a really big deal in Latino culture. They have a big party and wear a fancy dress. Christi enjoyed looking like a princess!

Always fun stuff to see!

The team served at five missions around Chamblee and Doraville.

Ashley and I also helped at the mission with our kids.

Then did a concert at Cumberland Court in the evening.

They shared the Evangacube as a Gospel presentation.

Our team from Virginia Tech also did a wonderful job at Highland Knoll.

Not sure what this bumper sticker means.

I always enjoy being creative!

Podcasts are a fun outlet for my desire to TALK!

I really like this episode.“Intention Tension!” What you desire to happen, your intention, determines where you go and how fast you get there.

Check out this episode and speed up! Just click on the title!

Enjoyed a delicious lunch with my family!

LOVE Ashley’s new dew!

Met up this afternoon with Ashley and our partners that came from Virginia Tech–always one of our BEST teams!

They did a wonderful job at Highland Knoll.

Also worked with our team from FBC Naples!

Even though it was a rainy day, they led a bunch of kids to Christ! Always wonderful to see that!

Ashley and I also helped the kids at the mission.

And Mohosana’s mom with a job application.

We were supposed to have a concert this evening at Pearl Lane. Had to change that because of all the rain. Should be nice again tomorrow.

Home now for admin duties.

I liked Jhoan’s shoes.
