I’ve been interested in brain technology since I was in my early twenties. I had a Muse device I really enjoyed using until it stopped working. Last night I decided to invest in another device. I think it’s going to be fun to use.

Last night I went through the Thank You card art that the kids at the Mission had helped me with. I’m going to let them make some more for me this week. I got all the labels on the envelopes so I can start writing notes.

Hot and sweaty.

I have four hummingbird feeders. I mixed up fresh solution, brought all the feeders inside and cleaned and refilled them. Then hung them back up.

Refilled seed and suet feeders and cleaned and refilled the birdbaths.

Cleaned my shoes.

Took my Mom to get her hair washed and dried. Did the nails this time as well.

The ring of fire is blasting.

Picked up groceries.

I went inside the store to pick up some sugar and suet. All the carts were outside. The ones by the way didn’t work. Hard to push.

I walked close to half a mile. Very back left to the very front right of the store. I was glad the Walmart app tells you what aisle the stuff you’re looking for is on.

It’s all about longevity and continued immersion as much as possible.

I got an email today from Peachtree Corners BC. They are cutting me out of their budget after this year. Sad. Doesn’t represent much money. Just that I had been a partner of theirs for thirty years. Those early years were particularly scary. PCBC really came through for us. I always did my very best for them.

I was looking at these plants to attract hummingbirds. I don’t think I’d get enough sun for them.

Kathy is still having problems with her iPhone 14 Pro Max. Today I get her number switched back to her old iPhone 11 Pro Max. Had to work with our mobile carrier for that.

Got a text from from the leader of the team from FBC Canton about an invoice.

Big storms blew through Chamblee. Missed our house completely.

I thought these tiny mushrooms were cool. They were hard like polypores.

K came into town with me. We picked the girls up at the school bus and took them to eat at Waffle House.

I contacted BackMarket this evening and explained the situation with the phone. Hopefully, I’ll get it over to FedEx to send it to the phone repair place tomorrow.

First day of School for Penelope and Everly. P had her main teacher take maternity leave starting today. Wow.

Took the girls home after we finished with the team. Never too much Ashley! Everly was still sad that her friend had left.
