I like reading things on the ground and treating them like fortune cookies.

Swingers!

Had a short meeting with Piper Cordrey to sign some checks for me. I appreciated that so much.

Mailed a letter for Ashley.

I’m working on a protocol by Dr. William Bengston where you get at least 20 images and memorize them, then cycle through them super fast while feeling an emotion while you hold the intention of healing someone. An interesting concept. I’ve enjoyed looking at places I want to visit one day.

Went to White Windmill for some chocolate bread.

Wonder where this guy stands on the shooting?

Biked 8.83 miles.

Went to Hoa Da to see my friend Dr. Nguyen. I got an acupuncture treatment for my arm.

I always see my cobra buddy.

She stuck with over 30 needles.

Only a few of them hurt.

Electro stimulation of the muscles was really weird.

Saw some mammals clouds this evening. They are quite rare and happen only after big thunderstorms.

The colors!

Gassed up the car on the way home. This is down nearly 20 cents from a week or so ago.
