Had some rain yesterday. About 1/2″.
Kathy and I had a fun day in Clarkston today.
We went to Clarkston International Bible Church.
Great music and Kevin Riley did a good job too.
I like this stained glass at CIBC.
Finished up the DVD project! Glad to get that done!
Working on admin duties and resting!
I liked this bumper sticker.
I liked this frog!

Been working most of the day on DVD production for our next newsletter mail out.
It’s quite an involved production.
You may remember a week ago I worked on editing, downloading and uploading the video that Ashley and I shot at FBC Jonesboro.
Now I’m burning dvds and making labels. I use Pinnacle Studio HD15 to edit video and Memorex Express It labeling software.
Have to print the labels.
Then you have to put the label on the DVD.
And finally pop them into a little envelope.
I think they look groovy!
I did all the photography on the project. That makes it special to me too.
It’s pretty cool how you can be your own publishing company!
Working on admin duties too.
Enjoyed lunch with J.
We got a smoothie for Ashley. Had some interesting stuff at Smoothie King.
It was only a matter of time . . . .
I liked J’s t-shirts all in a row.
I thought the grain on the wood was cool looking.

This morning I worked on my DVD production for our supporters. No fast way to do it!
Also produced the cover for the DVD. Looks groovy, baby!
This afternoon, Kathy, Ashley and I went to Azalea to work with the kids.
We also got some supplies for our partner Eduardo Zamora.
He had friends of his from Venezuela visiting his family.
Back home working on DVDs, covers and admin duties!

Went to the Gwinnett County Health Department in Lawrenceville this morning.
The nurse gave me my Hepatitis B shot.
I had my last one five years ago. I’m supposed to have the third in the series in two months. Really didn’t hurt.
Also was given some oral Typhoid capsules. They’re a live virus so they have to be kept in the refrigerator.
Came home to pick up the rest of the family and went on over to the mission at Azalea.
Lots of homework. I’m glad all of us were there to help.
Jesse has been working with the kids outside playing sports. That’s great!
We enjoyed some Mexican food on the way home.
Went to Staples to pick up some supplies for the DVD project I’m doing for our supporters.
It’s a video of Ashley and I speaking at FBC Jonesboro. I thought it was pretty good. Hope they like it!
Admin duties now!
Are you smarter than a sixth grader?
Love these cirrus undulatus clouds. We get more like this as the weather gets colder.

This morning I set up my appointment to get my inoculations for my trip to India in October. Took time to research which place to go, whether to use a private organization, what appointments were available . . . . Bottom line, I’m supposed to be at the Gwinnett County Health Clinic tomorrow at 12:30. Sounds like a can do operation.
Enjoyed good family time for lunch.
Then off to the mission to check on the kids.
Sure have missed them.
Back at home working on admin duties. Always email to answer, events to plan, churches to contact.
Enjoyed watching High Fidelity this evening with K. Interesting, but not great movie.
What do you think about Jesse’s gigantic pinata suit?
Ah, the magic of photography!
Clinton looked pretty good in it too!
This little tree was growing inside of the church.
Ashley is so much help and absolutely wonderful with mission kids!
Jesse and Kathy are both so loved by the kids. The mission is a terrific place to hang out!

I enjoy spending time with Jesse! He’s interested in collecting gold and silver.
We went over to Marietta Hilton today to look at what they have.
I bought a few old coins from 1st century Rome! They don’t look too great but I bought 4 for $10 total! Can’t beat that!
I liked this license plate as we were walking into the hotel.
They had this Howitzer canon on display in the lobby. The hotel is on the site where the Georgia Military Academy once stood.
Beautiful view out the back door.
We enjoyed driving through Buckhead and looking at a bookstore over there.
Came on home to work on admin duties and rest! Looking forward to being with my mission kids tomorrow!

Yesterday I posted two new podcasts! Awesome, baby!
I picked out where I’ll be buried one day. Led me to using Grave Sight. Check out “Grave Sight” One of my best efforts yet!
And don’t play “Freeze Tag” with life! You’ll really like this one!
This morning Kathy, Ashley and I met up with my team from the Atlanta Community Ministries!
They worked at Sierra Creek, Southern Trace and Lake Placid apartments in Sandy Springs.
The families had a wonderful time with the volunteers!
Came back home to work on editing video.
Going to a coin show tomorrow with Jesse. Should be fun! Never too much Jesse!
