Went for a 2.64 mile run last night. Saw some beautiful flowers on my route.

This morning K and I went to Clarkston International Bible Church. Always good! Pastor Phil preached on Hope and Accepting Yourself.

We had the Lord’s Supper today. Other religions might have a hard time understanding that.

We had a fun lunch with J and Kathmandu Grill.

Kathy rode her bike home from Clarkston: about 12 miles!

Came home to record a podcast! LOVE this one! It’s called “LOVEolution!” Want more love in your life? LOVE OTHERS!

Worked on burning the disk for the FBC Agricola, MS team. I’ll put that in the mail tomorrow morning.

Set up logistics with our team from the ACCCN for the tours next week.
