Everly! Yellow River Wildlife Sanctuary! Azalea! 2.11.22
Teehee.
Adelante!
Fantastic weather today!
OYB!
Always trying to get a clearer understanding.
I’m always taking down possible titles for my podcast, Verbal Surgery. From time to time I retire a card that is nearly full.
Palabras!
Not many of those.
Beautiful dawn.
Love my girls!
This is such a perfect example of a “zipper cloud.”
I just took a break from writing this blog to send an email to NOAA to ask about the formation of this type of cloud. I’ve yet to figure out the physics of it.
I brought this miniature rose bush to my greenhouse downstairs. I’ll plant it outside when it gets warmer.
Everly and I had fun stacking cups and knocking them over with balls.
Just keep learning.
I’ve continued to work on helping Kathy get her CPAP machine working properly. The one she had was recalled by Phillips and has yet to be replaced. Dr. Pat gave Kathy her old one. I’m trying to get it tuned up specifically for K’s needs.
I got a “super ticket” for the Yellow River Wildlife Sanctuary. I have a pass for the Atlanta Zoo, but YRWS is just a few minutes from my house. They have two of my favorite animals: raccoons and lemurs. And they have a big bunny park which Everly adores.
She really enjoyed playing in the sand. Of course, I always turn everything into a learning opportunity.
We’ve been working hard on writing her name. Today she shocked me with how she knew what the numbers were.
We picked grass for the animals.
I heard a bird sound I didn’t know. I have an app that records and identifies them for me.
We had a lot of fun at YRWS.
The bunnies were the big hit.
I pointed out the terns to her. They’re from the beach!
I teach her bush skills like tracking.
I blend right in.
She’s a climber.
This bear was WAY up in a tree.
Helped the kids with their homework.
Never too many sunset shots.
Got groceries.
Picked up Jessi from work.
