I thought these mosquito traps sounded interesting. I made three last night. I used a gallon distilled water jug. Cut the top off and inverted it. Mixed up four cups of hot water with a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 tsp of dry yeast, and a tsp dishwashing soap. Apparently, the yeast produces CO2 and the soap makes the mosquitos drown when they land on the water.

We’ve been having AC issues. I usually ask our community first who they would recommend.

Figured out some charges from Apple on my Mom’s credit card.

I put this picture by my Aunt Jane Holloway back on the wall over the drier.

Keep going.

Two weeks left before school starts.

Tried to set up an appointment with a psychiatrist that J had had in the past. Didn’t work out. Sad.

Ordered more string for my weed trimmer.

It was pretty thick. The trimmer is way more peaceful than the gas mower ever was. I use it like a scythe.

Pretty hot out there.

A big part of the job was picking up sticks. There were a lot after the last series of storms.

Stack it up, haul it off.

Drop it off at the recycle area.

I moved the way the Wisteria was growing. I looped it back clockwise on the tree.

Looks good.

Cleaned the SE part of mai yard with the banana trees and pineapple.

My legs got pretty grassy.

I cleaned all this up out of the street.

Winding up the cords is one of the last jobs.

I worked over three hours. I forgot to turn the app off when I came in to get cleaned up.
