Had a good initial conversation with a new team! I’m always glad to show people around.

I talked with Rotech this morning about some O2 supplies that K has. She uses her O2 concentrator machine every night but doesn’t use the portable one, nor the emergency tank. That’ll save us $20/month and someone else may really need the equipment.

Took garbage to street.

I took the new mattress off of my Mom’s bed last night. It was just too hard to get in and out of. I put the old mattress back on.

Today, I cleaned the mattress and got it ready to send back. Printed out the paperwork for FedEx.

Took the bed stand to UPS to send back to Amazon. It was too tall.

Last night, my Mom and I decided that what we really need is a hospital bed for her. She needs a lift bed that she can get in and out of easily. If we make the height of the bed lower it’s easier for her to get into, BUT it’s hard for her to get out of. I called Doctor Abraham’s office to ask about them requesting a lift bed/hospital bed for her. The office manager said that they have to write it up with the exact right verbiage for the insurance people. We have an appointment set up for November 13th. Mom said the current bed situation is tolerable until then.

Picked up the girls from the bus and went to Bobby’s Cheeseburgers. I always give the girls napkins to draw on.

They’re so much fun.

Helped the kids at the Mission.

Checked the oil and got gas.

Picked up the groceries and put them up. Lots of heavy items.
