I hurt my back yesterday. This little maracas seems like the best thing to rub my back with where the muscles are damaged.

While I was cleaning out my gorilla cart yesterday, I noticed where some of the plastic coating had come loose. I cleaned the area and shot it with WD40 to try and keep it from rusting.

Jesse and I talked with my Mom for nearly three hours. Good time was had by all.

Downloaded my recording from yesterday onto my Mac.

Trying to rest and massage my back as much as possible. Got the heating pad out as well. Should be better tomorrow.
