K and I went to Clarkston International Bible Church this morning.

I always enjoy hearing Pastor Phil.

Ashley and Miles went to FBC Forest Park. She spoke at two SS classes then came on back to Clarkston to go to church with us. CIBC is practically in her front yard where she lives. Convenient.

K and I enjoyed Picadilly for lunch. Got to see one of my buddies Pastor George Teatro over there. I see a lot of friends after church at Piccadilly.

Came home. Worked on K’s bike. General maintenance stuff, tires low, kickstand loose.

Went for a 2.25 mile run this afternoon. Felt wonderful today. I can’t believe how many flowers are blooming are starting to bloom. It’s the first of February! How can this be?
