Biked 6.39 miles and ran 5.48 miles. I like my new RunKeeper app on my iPhone! Talk about exact! It also shows how many calories I burned (nearly 1,000) and how fast each went.

It’s a beautiful run.

Got a quick sandwich and paid for my car repair. I was expecting around $150. Turned out to be a little over $400. Ouch.

Went to the mission to work with the kids. Always fun.

I especially enjoyed working with Diego. It’s cute to watch the little one begin to read and write.

Had supper with Jesse. Always groovy!

Then came home to spend time with K and work on admin duties.
