TK! Madison!
Right before our TK weekend, had a car repair. Ouch. Brakes and an oxygen sensor.
Kathy and I enjoyed a fun week in Madison, GA!
It’s always fun to go to a new place.
Many beautiful historic homes.
Hard to believe all this detail was done by hand. No power tools.
I read the bricks for First Baptist Church were made by slaves. Yow!
We liked the cemetery there.
Hardest to read gravestone EVER.
Lots of cool antiques.
Great food. Especially the Chop House and Blue Willow Inn.
Beautiful architecture at the Blue Willow Inn.
Later I was regaled with stories of how the upper part of the house is haunted. Interesting.
Look at the original size picture of the upper room. See if you see a face in the mirror!
I had the best strawberry ice cream cone EVER at Scoops!
A few weeks ago Jack Black was making the new movie Goosebumps there. They said he came in twice for ice creamQ
We rode a lot on the bike. Over 20 miles in three days.
I did some geometric chalk drawings.
And bubbles!
My toe is getting better.
Glad to be home.
Terrific thunderstorm blew through about an hour ago. Here are the raindrops with a flash.
I thought these roots were cool.
I liked this.
Dog wash at the car wash!
I found .85 cents in change there.
