1st Huntingdon! Global Mall! Al Madina!
I enjoyed the briefing on Judaism, Christianity and Islam today.
We had our Red Thread Ceremony, when you tie a red thread to your wrist as a Prayer Trigger. It’s a Jewish custom going back hundreds of years.
Went on Safari to Global Mall.
Took them to Ashiana’s for lunch.
Shiv Mandir for a short talk on Hinduism.
This was new.
Then to Al Madina to see the Middle East and North African cultures.
To the mission!
Came home to work on admin duties. Enjoyed talking with Jesse. He’s been spending more time here at our house. There’s a team from the Atlanta Chinese Christian Church North living at Azalea now.
