CIBC! Run!

Kathy and I had a good time at Clarkston International Bible Church this morning. Jacob, our youth director, spoke. He did a good job. Pastor Phil led us in prayer for the Philippines. About half of our church is made up of Filipinos.

Enjoyed lunch with friends of ours from Mountain Park the Coxs and Mattiesons.

Kathy rode her bike back from Piccadilly in Tucker to Stone Mountain.

Filled up the Expedition. Actually it still had about 1/4 to go.

Came home and ran 4.98 miles.
