Jon! Car! 9.4.19

Tim A. Cummins @ 9:35 pm

Had a good lunch with my friend Jon Paul today. We always have a great conversation. On the way to take him home, my check engine light came on. Had to take it to my mechanics. They got it fixed for exactly $200. Not too bad.

I walked home. No big deal.

Always something interesting to see.

Not sure what this means. I think it’s a mark for roadwork.

Cicada.

I found this old picture of me and Ashley in Mombasa. Looks just like Penelope.

Rode my bike 12.65 miles this evening.

Got a replacement shoulder bag. I wore the one I took to the Amazon completely out.

I did my brain training this afternoon. Still need to work on Spanish in a moment.

Roof! Mission! Carl!

Tim A. Cummins @ 10:37 am

Spanish!

Good chat with my buddy, Anthony.

I noticed some water damage to the sheetrock near my front door. Went up in the attic to check for where the leak was coming from, Super nasty job.

I found where a limb had punched a hole in the roof, I caulked it, and out a piece of tarp over the hole. Then put two new shingles over it.

Checked the mail at the office.

I got Penelope a new car seat!

To the mission!

Got a text from my friend Pat that her husband Carl was back in the hospital in very serious condition. I went over to support them. The Lord answered our prayers and he’s doing better!

Watched a gorgeous sunset while I was there.
