Studied Spanish and Swahili this morning. I didn’t study languages yesterday, although I thought I did! Streak starts over. No big deal.

Had a great party with my kids instead!

Took our team from Humble, TX to the Hibachi Grill in Norcross. Super good. Kathy and the girls joined us there. Always fun to hang with them.
Then just around the corner to the Kitab Bookstore. It’s the largest Muslim bookstore in America.

Omar, the owner, gave gifts to every kid on the team.

Then took the team to visit the BAPS Hindu Temple in Lawrenceville. It’s a magnificent structure! Took around a million man hours to build. Over 34,000 pieces that fit together like Legos. Three kinds of stone including Italian marble, Turkish limestone and Indian sandstone. Took about a year and a half to build.

Said my goodbyes to the team. They went on to work at one of the missions then to the Braves game this evening.

I went home to work on the audio version of my book. I got the rest of the files from my audio engineer from Venezuela last night.

Nearly four and a half hours of fun!

Also uploaded an edited version of the cover that says that I’m the narrator.

Next step is quality control. My recording was very good, but not perfect. That’s why I needed an engineer to tweak it. He took out any background noise and got it ready for ACX which is the distribution arm of Amazon, Audible and iTunes.

In less than two weeks it will be ready for the public! The audio version is the way to go. Lots more fun when I read it for you!

Pretty exciting stuff!
Once that was complete, I focused on editing the videos I shot for out two teams this week.

I do all the editing with Videoshop on my iPhone 7+. It’s powerful software!
Worked on my shower. Cleaned up the silicon from the grout. Finished about a third of it. I have to take my time and make sure it looks good. I’m working with a big razor blade in a handle. Have to be super careful.
Then went for a 4.73 mile bike ride.

It was getting dark when I rode and looked like it was going to storm. I have become super conservative riding my bike. I used to ride like a bat out of hell. After my third wreck and one near deadly accident, I go way more slowly especially around corners and wherever there’s any chance of cars. Just makes sense. I also never ride if the roads are even slightly wet. Because of the possibility of storms I cut my ride short. Still fun and great exercise!

I thought these butterfly wings were cool.

Sent an email to the chairman of our board asking about a Spanish church that could work with a lady that we met at one of our missions this week.

Admin duties now.

I still need to send the final email to the teams with the photos and video as well as promo material this evening.
