We ate Indian food at Ashiana’s.
Went by FBC Doraville to drop off the props we used.

Paid my car bills. These guys really are the best car mechanics in the metroplex.

Went to visit my friend Carl Barrington today. We had a good visit and prayer time.

It was really hot today. Perhaps the hottest day of the year. At 6:45 pm it was still 93F!

I almost waited too late to ride. It got dark on my way home. I pumped up my tires.

I use terry cloth for my handlebars.

Biked 12.15 miles.

Fantastic clouds this evening. It’s something I look forward to on my rides.

Great to see my girls today!

She was supposed to have a meeting about little 5 points, but she was a week early!

Kathy and I took the grandgirls to chicfila and for yogurt,


Then to swing at the church park. I also had our board member, Piper come and sign checks for me.


Then nap time!

Helped the kids with their homework.

K and I got home late so I didn’t ride my bike. Took time to water the plants in my garden. It’s been one of the hottest times ever. No rain in over a month.

I water about 80 plants.
I thought this tree was funny.

Transferred the boxes from Kathy’s truck and moved a dresser and mirror over to her sister Ann’s house. Glad I had Jesse’s help. That stuff was heavy. My back was sore from all the moving I did last night. Rested this morning. By this afternoon I felt fine again.
