Had a good run this morning.

I biked 1.54 miles and ran 4.43 miles. It was gorgeous outside. I always love the beautiful flowers and the unusual things I see.

Ran some really steep hills. It was a lot worse than this picture!

At least I didn’t do this!

We had a great time with our team from Virginia Tech!

Ashley and I always enjoy giving our briefing.

We had fun taking them to the Buford Highway Farmers Market.

They did a great job working with the kids at the missions.

They did a great job telling about Palm Sunday.

We always have fun with the kids. Even when they’re shy.

Superb to work with my kids every day!

Kathy and I enjoyed watching David Blaine Magic shows this evening. He’s a trip.
