Cottage Hill! Plaza Fiesta! Missions!

Ashley, Penelope and I enjoyed briefing our teams on Catholicism this morning. It’s also our D Day or Dedication Day. We always have gifts for our team leaders!

After looking around Plaza Fiesta, we also checked out Enigmas, another botanica.
Voodoo dolls and monkey paws. Whoa.

Then to the missions!

I sent Ashley and the baby on home early. I hate waking up Penelope when she’s resting. Ashley has done a phenomenal job with the teams. I can’t believe how awesome it is to work with Ashley and Penelope. I’m so lucky.

Went by the bank to get some money for one of our partners.

Looks like Jesse may have bed bugs. That’s not zesty. We’ve only seen one. He’s cleaning all his bedding now. I’ll talk to the manager tomorrow to get an exterminator over there. He can stay with us while all that is going on.

Got home late after helping J. K was already asleep. 6am comes mighty early!

Looking forward to a break tomorrow. I’m always a bit sad when the last team leaves. It means much less A&P time. No way that’s good. : (

I took Kathy out to eat Wednesday evening. I like shooting lights like this with a slow shutter speed.

I’m studying Hebrew in preparation to my trip to Israel in May. For the first time, I really understand Ashley’s tattoo. It’s the Tetragrammaton, or the four consonants that the name for the Lord, Yod Heh Vev Heh.
