Admiring the geological specimens on my desk!

Had a fun chat with my buddy Anthony. He and Marcus Lewis were on their way to perform at a jazz festival.

I’ve been watching some videos of King Crimson, in particular when the band had Adrian Belew and Bill Buford. The bass player played this instrument called the Chapman.

Looks like our neighbors down the street shot off some firecrackers. It’s only been legal here in Georgia for the last couple of years.

Looking forward to picking up my Mom from the airport Saturday morning!

We put the finishing touches on her room this afternoon!

Sent out my section of the newsletter for July to our email list.

Soaked up some rays in my blue pool while I treated my arm to the cold water. Always feels better after that!

My hands are working a lot better this evening when I’m typing. May have been because I spent quite a lot of time in that cold water today. The girl kept saying, “Cold, Pop Pop!” I’d just say, “Nice!” It’s been nearly three months since I started taking cold showers. I got in the hot water with my grandgirls last week, I felt like I was being cooked.
