Tim A. Cummins @ 10:51 pm

Wednesday morning I went for my annual physical.

Actually, it’s been two years . . . Results showed my sugar was a bit high and so was my cholesterol. I’ve been working hard on dieting and exercise. Told them that I wanted to work on that for three months and do more blood work to see if I still needed the meds.

Kathy finished up working with the toddlers in Clarkston and then we rode on down to Tybee Island for a few days of R&R! Always great to spend time with my sweety favorite.

The weather was really nice and we love it when there aren’t SO many people down there.

We did a lot of bike riding. Over 26 miles in two days!

Drove home Sunday and went straight to Azalea to check on Jesse. He’s doing well! Then over to Roswell to work with my partners from Roswell United Methodist Church at Frazier Street Apartments. Had a wonderful time with the Spanish house church there.
