International Village Tour! Azalea!

Tim A. Cummins @ 11:17 pm

This morning I picked up the two ladies from Georgetown, Texas along with my sweet Mom and took them on a tour of the International Village.

No matter how many times I do it, I still learn something and find it fascinating!
t
I gave them a briefing on what it’s like to be an international in a foreign country. It’s my “Transport you to Cambodia” speech. A favorite! I enjoyed showing them some of my treasures including my Elephant Bird egg and my Maasai Mask.

We then went to one of my favorite stores in Chamblee which sells many idols.
i
Then over to Carneceria #1 to see how things are in the Latino market. We also enjoyed some delicioso quesediallas!

Most of the boys finished their homework pretty quickly. We enjoyed watching them play soccer.

Came home and had a fun family get together with my folks, my kids and the Kendalls–Ashley’s boyfriend’s family. Good times!
