Anthony! Curry! Bike! 8.31.20

Tim A. Cummins @ 9:33 pm

I studied Spanish this morning and did my brain training this evening.

The flowers continue to grow which is cool.

I had a good time at Stone Mountain. Had a great chat with my buddy Anthony.

I see this gaggle of geese that’s hanging out in our neighborhood now. That’s always fun.

I was in cooking curry mode. I was ready to get the potatoes going and I saw that they had gone bad. So I had to go by the grocery store and get some more.

Chopped them up, made the masala, and cooked the curry. It was excellent.

It was a hot day. I don’t recall many days where the humidity is 100% like it was earlier today. When I rode my bike, it only “felt like a sauna.”

I rode my bike 9.88 miles. It was a hard ride in that heat.

I saw this hornet on the pavement. I’ve never seen anything like it. I wondered if it was one of those murder hornets!

Rained about a half inch yesterday.

Released a new episode of Verbal Surgery called “ER.” It’s excellent.

Looking forward to having the grand girls with me tomorrow.
